    How long will it take for my candle to arrive at my door?

    Please allow 2-3 days for order processing and 2-5 days for shipping.

    Can you ship my candle if it’s hot outside?

    Yes. We take special precautions in hot weather to ensure your candle arrives safely. For more information, check our shipping policy.

    Can I order a candle for a friend and have it shipped directly to them?

    Yes, just let us know when placing your order that this is a gift and put in your recipient’s address.  The shipping cost will be based on your recipient’s location.

    Can you customize my label for a special occasion?

    At this time, we don’t offer this service, but we may in the future.  Check back with us!

    What happens if my candle arrives and the container is damaged?

    If your order was damaged in transit, we will offer you a replacement or a refund in the form of the original payment method after the damaged items have gone through our damage investigations procedure.  Please take a look at our ‘Returns’ policy for more details.

    I ordered a candle but the scent is just not my thing. Can I return it?

    We recommend that you take our candle scent quiz before ordering to determine which of our scents you might like. We describe our scents in detail, so please read the item notes prior to ordering. If you do order and the fragrance is just not to your liking, you can return it to us in a new, unused, undamaged condition (with the shipping at your cost) and we will send you a replacement candle of an alternate scent., just pay for return shipping.   Please take a look at our “Returns” policy for more details.

    Can I custom order a particular scent in a particular container?

    Unfortunately not at this time.  This would require custom labeling if your request is outside of the products in our collections.  We are; however, always open to your fragrance suggestions!

    Why do I need to trim the wick before burning?

    A properly trimmed wick prevents sooting and carbon build-up.  It also ensures that the flame burns at an appropriate height and allows the wax to melt at a slower speed.

    Do you offer discounts if I buy multiple candles?

    At certain times of year we do have special offers.  Sign up for our mailing list (on the home page) to be notified when special offers are available.  As a rule, however, we price our candles affordably and do not offer repeated discounts or sales.

    How do I clean my candle container after my candle is finished?

    Scrape as much of the remaining wax out of the container as you can, and remove the wick and the metal wick tab.  As long as the wick tab is removed, you can place your container in the microwave to re-melt the remaining wax and dispose of it.  Wash the container with hot water and dish detergent.  Please DO NOT pour wax from your container down your sink as when it cools it may block your drain.
